Daniel Blackman, a Democratic candidate for Public Service Commissioner in Georgia’s District 3, has been officially disqualified from participating in the upcoming June 17, 2025 Special Primary Election.
The disqualification was confirmed in accordance with Georgia law, specifically O.C.G.A. 21-2-5(c), which mandates that “all votes cast for such candidate(s) shall be void and shall not be counted.”
