Gordon County Schools is making student transportation more efficient and transparent with the use of My Ride K-12, a mobile app that connects families with real-time updates on their child’s school bus.

Integrated with the district’s transportation software, My Ride K-12 uses GPS technology on buses to provide accurate estimated times of arrival (ETAs), departure alerts, and route changes—ensuring parents and guardians stay informed and prepared each day.

“Our goal is to provide families with tools that make their daily routines easier,” said district officials. “This app allows real-time insight into where your child’s bus is and when it will arrive.”

Families can download the app on any Apple or Android device. A step-by-step flyer is available from the district to help parents register and begin tracking their students’ bus schedules right away.

Users can also scan the QR code featured on the flyer distributed by the district or search for “My Ride K-12” in their app store.
