The United Way of Gordon County will host its 32nd Annual Unity Run 5K fundraiser on Tuesday, September 23, at the Calhoun Depot. The event kicks off at 5 p.m.
The Unity Run is one of the community’s largest fundraising events, drawing nearly 2,000 participants each year. Proceeds benefit United Way’s Community Partner Agencies, supporting vital programs and services across Gordon County.
This year’s theme, “Elvis: Running with the King 5K,” invites runners and spectators alike to dress in Elvis-inspired attire for a fun, family-friendly evening.
At last year’s Unity Run, more than 1,700 participants registered, with over 1,200 crossing the finish line. Organizers expect another strong turnout for the 2025 event.
