Calhoun High School will host a special dedication ceremony for the Coach Diane Ralston-Smith Lady Jackets Softball Field this Friday, October 17, ahead of the CHS football game. The event honors Coach Smith’s lasting impact on generations of Lady Jackets athletes.
All former players, coaching assistants, and supporters are invited to a Pre-Game Reception from 6:00 to 6:45 p.m. in the STEM/COLA Lab. The ceremony will then move to the field for the on-field recognition at 6:50 p.m.
Coach Diane Ralston-Smith’s dedication to softball and the Lady Jackets program has left an enduring legacy in the Calhoun community. This event offers an opportunity for the community to celebrate her contributions and the positive influence she’s had on countless student-athletes.
