College Street in Calhoun to Temporarily Close for Infrastructure Repairs Starting Oct. 20
CALHOUN, GA — The City of Calhoun will temporarily close a section of College Street beginning Monday morning, October 20, to perform critical infrastructure repairs and upgrades.
The affected area spans between E. Line Street and Fain Street. During the construction period, this section will be closed to through traffic. City officials estimate that the closure will last several days, depending on weather conditions and project progress.
Detour routes will be clearly marked to guide motorists around the work zone. Drivers are encouraged to plan alternate travel routes in advance to avoid delays.
