Daniel Earl Kinsey
April 2, 1950 — October 28, 2025

Daniel “Danny” Kinsey, 75, of Calhoun, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, October 28, 2025. He was born on April 2, 1950, to the late Joe Jerry Mar and Dorothy Jackson Kinsey. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Evan Kinsey; sisters, Bonnie Moss, Jerri Fite, and Martha Kinsey; and nephew, David Fuller.

Danny loved music and riding motorcycles, especially Harley Davidsons. He was the life of the party, had a great sense of humor, and was a free spirit. He was of the Christian faith and attended Rockbridge Community Church.

Danny is survived by his son, Brandon Kinsey; mother of his son, Glenda Young; significant other, Frankie Kinsey; brother, Robert (Lynn) Kinsey; nieces and nephews, Arlene (Stanley) Freeman, Gail Ambrosini, Dreama Wofford, Derrick Kinsey, Michael Fuller, Gwen Moss, Alan Moss, Angie (Mike) English, and Lovette Shelton; and aunt, Shirley Bagley. Several great-nieces and great-nephews also survive.

A gathering of friends will be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home.
