Quiznos, the nationwide sub sandwich chain, is coming to Calhoun, city officials confirmed during the Calhoun City Council work session held Monday, Feb. 9, 2026.
The restaurant will be located at 1503 Red Bud Road, just off Interstate 75 at Exit 315, in the same building that currently houses a gas station and Marco’s Pizza.
Calhoun Building Official Joey Moore said building and plumbing permits were issued to licensed contractors in December 2025. Moore’s office has reviewed and approved the construction plans for the new location.
The restaurant will feature a buildout totaling 1,880 square feet and will operate as a takeaway-only establishment. The design includes a service counter, but no fixed seated dining area is planned.
No opening date has been announced at this time.
