November 9, 1951 — February 24, 2026

Teresa Annette Bartlett, 74, of San Leandro, California, passed away on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, after years of declining health. She was born on November 9, 1951, in Rome,Georgia to the late Thomas Bartlett and Juanita Martinez.

In addition to her parents, she was proceeded in death by her sisters, Barbara McQuinn and Linda Bartlett; a very close aunt and (Uncle), Larnita (Wade) Glass.

She is survived by her nieces and nephew, Nichole (Jason) Bearden, Chad (Celeste) Manzano, Vanessa Wilson of Georgia, Mandy (Will) McKissick of California and Jennifer McQuinn of Texas; stepdaughter Shannon Ross of California; along with many great-nieces,great-nephews and extended family and friends who will forever cherish her memory.

Teresa was a lifelong resident of both Georgia and California. Her number one passion in life was to be helpful to others. Whether it was sewing clothing for others or using her talent to create gifts to share, her heart was precious. Before her decline in health, her biggest joy came from seeing her family together.

A private remembrance will be held by the family to honor Teresa’s life and legacy.

She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
