AdventHealth Georgia has announced two major additions to its leadership team, reinforcing the organization’s commitment to clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and a thriving workplace culture. Paris Dukes has been appointed chief people officer, and Patricia “Trish” Price has been named chief nursing officer.

Dukes will oversee human resources strategy for AdventHealth Gordon and AdventHealth Murray. She joins the Georgia market with robust experience in strategic operations and HR leadership, most recently serving as executive director of strategic operations and human resources for AdventHealth’s Primary Health Division in Central Florida. She has also held key HR roles at AdventHealth Fish Memorial.

Price brings more than 25 years of experience within the AdventHealth system to her new role as chief nursing officer for AdventHealth Georgia and AdventHealth Redmond. She most recently served as CNO at AdventHealth Ocala, where her leadership played a pivotal role in improving clinical outcomes and patient safety metrics. During her tenure, AdventHealth Ocala advanced its CMS star rating from one to four stars.

AdventHealth leaders say the appointments reflect a continued focus on strengthening both patient care and employee support across the region.
