Blewer Food Center has announced a temporary change in its food distribution location.
Until further notice, food distribution will take place at Blackwood Springs Baptist Church, located at 4921 Fairmount Highway SE, Calhoun, GA 30701. Distribution will be held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.
No appointment is required to receive assistance. However, organizers ask that individuals who are able to do so email the Food Center Director in advance to help staff prepare for those they will be serving.
First-time visitors must bring the following documents:

Social Security card
Those wishing to notify the director ahead of time may email [email protected]. In the email, please include your name, the last four digits of your Social Security number, the number of people currently living in your household, and your preferred or approximate pickup date and time.
Blewer Food Center continues to provide food assistance to individuals and families in need during this temporary location change.
