Calhoun City Schools to Close Monday Due to Hazardous Weather Conditions

Calhoun City Schools will be closed on Monday, January 26, 2026, due to ongoing weather concerns and the potential for hazardous road conditions.

District officials said the decision was made out of an abundance of caution to ensure the safety of students, staff, and families as winter weather continues to impact the area.

School administrators will continue to closely monitor weather conditions and road safety throughout the region. Any additional closures, delays, or schedule changes will be communicated as the situation is evaluated.
