The Calhoun Yellow Jackets Baseball program is excited to announce its first-ever Dinks & Dingers Pickleball World Series, set for Saturday, November 8, 2025, at Pickleball 706. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Calhoun Home Run Club.
The baseball-themed pickleball tournament kicks off at 9:00 a.m. with bracket team play, beginning with a ceremonial “first pitch.” After the opening rounds, open play will start around 11:30 a.m., inviting players of all experience levels to join in the fun.
Not a pickleball player? There’s still plenty to enjoy throughout the day. Attendees can take part in raffle drawings featuring exciting prizes, including a putting green, BBQ smoker, Braves memorabilia, and more.
Participants can also test their skills in the Agility Triple Play Challenge, where contests in dink, volley, and speed serve offer chances to win a $50 gift card. Classic ballpark concessions — from hot dogs and popcorn to sodas — will be available for purchase.
To help players gear up for the big event, Pickleball 706 will host Spring Training Clinics on:
- Saturday, November 1 | 7–9 p.m.
- Sunday, November 2 | 4–6 p.m.
