Community Spirit Shines in Gordon County: KCGB Thanks Adopt-a-Mile Partners

GORDON COUNTY, GA — A heartfelt thank-you goes out to the more than 100 dedicated volunteers who have made a visible difference across Gordon County by participating in the Keep Calhoun Gordon Beautiful (KCGB) Adopt-a-Mile program.

Representing a diverse cross-section of schools, businesses, churches, and local families, 29 current partner groups have committed to cleaning up and maintaining roads throughout the county. Their efforts not only beautify the area but also inspire civic pride and environmental responsibility.

“These individuals and groups are a shining example of what can be accomplished when a community comes together for a common good,” said Judy Peterson of KCGB. “They are making a real difference, and we thank them.”
