A Flood Watch is currently in effect for Gordon County and much of the surrounding region. The western two-thirds of the area are expected to receive between 2 to 4 inches of rainfall through Monday evening, with isolated areas potentially seeing even higher totals.
Residents are urged to remain cautious and avoid driving through flooded roadways. Remember: Turn around, don’t drown.
