GNTC Announces Free Application Month for 2026 Summer Semester

Georgia Northwestern Technical College (GNTC) is making it easier for prospective students to enroll in the 2026 summer semester by waiving its application fee throughout the month of March.

Through March 31, GNTC will host a Free Application Month, allowing incoming students to apply without paying the standard $25 application fee. Applicants must enter the code MARCH26 (in all capital letters) when submitting their application to receive the waiver.

The admissions deadline for the 2026 summer semester is April 27, and classes will begin May 18.

College officials encourage those interested in starting or continuing their education to take advantage of the limited-time offer. GNTC’s call center is available Monday through Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. at 866-983-4682 to assist prospective students. Georgia Northwestern Technical College provides workforce-focused education to residents of northwest Georgia. Students can pursue associate degrees, diplomas and certificates across a variety of career pathways, including aviation, business, health, industrial and public service fields.

Over the past year, 14,082 individuals benefited from GNTC’s credit and noncredit programs. The college reports an annual credit enrollment of 9,342 students and a 100 percent job placement rate. Additionally, 4,740 individuals are served through adult education, continuing education, business and industry training, and Georgia Quick Start® programs.
