A Georgia Northwestern Technical College (GNTC) graduate is climbing the career ladder at Chick-fil-A Supply after earning his associate degree in Supply Chain Management and Logistics.
Rome native Grant Davis said his interest in business operations and supply chains grew from his love of problem solving and achieving results. He completed his degree online and graduated in December 2021.
“I enjoy getting to meet new people and working to solve their problems and concerns in a timely manner,” Davis said.
His experience with supply chains began early. As a teenager, Davis worked at a small grocery store where he became familiar with inventory and distribution processes.
“My dad owned and operated furniture stores, so I grew up around business, inventory procurement and retail operations,” Davis said. “I began my career with Chick-fil-A Supply in July 2019; I started as a warehouse team member and have strived to learn as much as possible while taking on new opportunities.”
With his education from GNTC and hands-on experience, Davis continues to build his career in logistics and supply chain management.
