Georgia Northwestern Technical College (GNTC) has been recognized by Military Times as one of the nation’s top institutions for service members, veterans, and their families, earning a place on the publication’s 2025 Best for Vets: Colleges list.

The annual rankings are widely regarded as the most trusted and comprehensive assessment of schools that demonstrate a strong commitment to supporting military-connected students. This year, 357 colleges and universities were included— the largest number in the program’s history and a significant rise from 304 in 2024.

The growth reflects a nationwide increase in institutions focused on veteran success through specialized programs, financial assistance, and supportive campus communities designed to meet the unique needs of student veterans.
