Dalton, GA — The Goodwill Opportunity Center in Dalton is partnering with Partners Personnel to host a hiring event on Tuesday, June 24, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event will take place inside the Goodwill Store at 1001 Market Street, near Mountain Creek Harley–Davidson in the Market Street Shoppes of Dalton shopping center.
Partners Personnel is looking to fill multiple positions including first and second-shift forklift operators, product packers, material handlers, and fabricators. Starting pay rates for these roles range from $16 to $20 per hour. Forklift operator candidates will also have access to certification resources and expert guidance to support career advancement.
Beyond this hiring event, the Goodwill Opportunity Center offers a variety of free career services such as career assessments, job search assistance, employment readiness support, digital skills training, financial and nutritional education, and help with resume building and interview preparation.
