Building Assembly Room located at 101 South Piedmont Street, Calhoun. The Work Session will
begin at 5:00 p.m. followed by the Board Meeting at 6:00 p.m. Agendas can be viewed by visiting

1. Consideration of request to appoint Keith King to fill a vacancy on the
Limestone Valley Resource, Conservation, and Development Council. This
will be a two-year term that will expire December 31, 2026.

2. Consideration of request from Gordon County Sheriff’s Office to deem
service weapon as surplus.
3. Consideration of request from Fire & Rescue to deem certain equipment as
surplus.
4. Consideration of request from Purchasing to deem certain equipment as
surplus for Fleet Management.

Center as surplus for demolition.
6. Consideration of request from IT to approve quote from Daston Corporation
for Virtu Google Encryption for the Sheriff’s Office in the annual amount of
$15,384.96. This will be budgeted in FY26 using GL Account 100100-523210.
7. Consideration of request from IT to approve a three-year renewal for Google
Workspace in the annual amount of $60,003.32. This will be budgeted in FY26
using GL Account 100100-523210 and comes with a cost savings of $20,000.
8. Consideration of request from Administration to approve Construction
Agreement with Momon Construction for the Multi-Purpose Agriculture
Center 2018 SPLOST Project.
9. Consideration of request from Public Defenders Office to approve the FY26
Georgia Indigent Defense Services Agreement.
