Gordon County Fire & Rescue is turning up the heat this summer with its Santa in Uniform Raffle Contest, offering residents a chance to win a premium backyard grilling package while supporting a great cause.
The grand prize includes a Weekend Warrior Grill with 740 square inches of grill space, a Griller’s Utensil Trio, two 40-pound bags of Ultimate Blend Pellets, and a small rub and sauce bundle—a total prize package valued at $1,249.99.
Raffle tickets are available for $5 each or five for $20, and can be purchased in person at Station 1, 218 Public Safety Drive (cash only). For added convenience, supporters can also pay via Venmo by scanning the QR code provided on the event flyer—just remember to include your name and phone number before submitting payment.
The drawing will take place on August 29, 2025, and participants do not need to be present to win.
This annual fundraiser is part of the department’s ongoing Santa in Uniform program, which helps provide holiday gifts and support to local families in need.
