Gordon County Issues Snow Advisory for Drivers

Gordon County officials are advising motorists to exercise caution as light snowfall begins to accumulate on roadways.

As of 8:15 a.m. Saturday, county roads have seen a light dusting of snow. Sheriff’s patrols report some areas with slight accumulation, and with dropping temperatures, snow is expected to stick to roads and other cold surfaces.

Authorities warn drivers to remain alert for potentially slick or frozen conditions and to adjust travel accordingly.

Residents are encouraged to take extra care while commuting and monitor updates from local officials as conditions evolve.
