The holiday season officially begins in Calhoun as the Harris Arts Center opens its 21st Annual Festival of Trees Silent Auction Fundraiser today, Monday, November 3. The beloved community tradition runs through Saturday, December 7, giving visitors more than a month to enjoy the festive displays and bid on their favorite holiday creations.

Guests can experience the magic of the season both online and inside the Harris Arts Center galleries, where dozens of beautifully decorated trees, wreaths, and centerpieces fill the space with holiday cheer. Each item has been thoughtfully designed and donated by local artists, businesses, and community members, with proceeds supporting the Arts Center’s programming and educational initiatives.

This year’s Festival promises an array of creative themes and one-of-a-kind decorations, including:

  • ⚾ A Braves bobblehead collection

  • 🎤 A Taylor Swift–themed tree

  • 🧙 A Wicked–inspired tree

  • 🎄 Gnomes and woodland animals

  • 🌈 A Noah’s Ark–inspired creation

  • 📚 Books and more festive surprises

The Harris Arts Center invites everyone to stop by, explore the displays, and place their bids — all while supporting the local arts community and bringing home a touch of holiday magic.
