Northwest Georgia Health Departments to Open Late Tuesday

Several public health offices across northwest Georgia will open later than usual on Tuesday, January 27.

The Georgia Department of Public Health Northwest Health District office in Rome, along with health departments in Bartow, Catoosa, Chattooga, Dade, Floyd, Gordon, Haralson, Paulding, and Polk counties, will delay opening until 10 a.m.

The Walker County Health Department will open at 11 a.m.

No further details were immediately available. Residents with appointments are encouraged to plan accordingly.
