The plans to build a new McDonald’s restaurant on Red Bud Road near Interstate 75 Exit 315 are moving forward.
On April 14, McDonald’s USA LLC closed on the 15.10-acre parcel that came with a $1.4 million price tag from Calhoun-based Greentree Investment Partners LLC.
A permit issued by the City of Calhoun Building Inspection Department late last year shows plans for an estimated $1.5 million, 3,861-square-foot new construction McDonald’s Restaurant.
The company’s corporate office and Area Construction Manager are listed as the property owner on permits, with Hudson Company of Tennessee listed as the contractor for the project.
