Gordon County Schools is gearing up for a summer filled with learning, athletics, creativity, and fun, as district officials have announced their lineup of 2026 Summer Camps for students across the county.

The camps will be hosted at various school campuses throughout the district and offer students opportunities to develop new skills, stay active, and explore a variety of interests during the summer months.

This year’s offerings include camps focused on basketball, baseball, cheerleading, football, majorettes, softball, STEAM, tennis, theatre, volleyball, wrestling, and several other activities. School officials say the camps are designed to provide engaging experiences that encourage students to learn, grow, and connect with their peers outside of the traditional classroom setting.

Parents and students can find registration information by scanning the QR code included on the district’s promotional graphic or by visiting the Gordon County Schools bulletin board page at www.gcbe.org/bulletinboard.

District leaders noted that additional camps may be added throughout the summer as dates and details become available, and families are encouraged to check the website regularly for updates.

“We look forward to a fun and exciting summer of learning and activities,” the district said in announcing the summer camp schedule.

Students interested in participating are encouraged to register early to secure their spots in the camps of their choice.
