Since the opening of Sonoraville High School in 2005, Coach Stephanie Caudell has been at the helm of the Lady Phoenix basketball program, building one of the most consistent and respected teams in the region.
Over nearly two decades, Caudell has led the Lady Phoenix to seven Region Championships, 13 consecutive State Tournament appearances, and deep postseason runs that include seven trips to the Sweet 16, four to the Elite 8, and one Final 4 berth. Along the way, she has guided her team to 343 career wins and has been honored multiple times as the Northwest Georgia Tip-Off Club’s Coach of the Year.
Her leadership, dedication, and ability to develop athletes into a competitive force on the court have defined the program and inspired countless players.
This weekend, her achievements will be formally recognized as Coach Caudell is inducted on Saturday night, cementing her legacy as one of the area’s most accomplished coaches.
