UPDATE FROM THE GORDON COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MEETING

The Gordon County Board of Commissioners met on Tuesday night, Feb. 17th to discuss several items of business, and to hold four public hearings. One of the public hearings was for a request for a Conditional Use Permit on Hyde Road in Resaca, a property that currently has four chicken houses. The owners want to add four more chicken houses and update the existing chicken houses. The Board approved the request. Another request for a rezone from Agricultural to Crossroads Commercial on Folsom Road, to add a driveway for a storage building operation that was already approved by the Board, was voted down 4-1.
