The VAC Community Kitchen is getting a head start on the holiday season and is calling on the community to lend a hand. This September, the kitchen is specifically requesting donations of gravy, boxed stuffing, and canned cranberry sauce to help prepare for upcoming Thanksgiving and Christmas meals.
Donations may be dropped off directly at the Community Kitchen or in the office. Organizers say early contributions will make a big difference in ensuring families have what they need during the holidays.
