Anna Marie Thomas
July 28, 1959 — August 8, 2025

Anna (Ann) Thomas, age 66, of Calhoun, GA, passed away on Friday, August 8, 2025.

She was born on July 28, 1959, in Spring City, Tennessee, to the late JD Pritchett and Betty Ann Smith Pritchett.

Ann is survived by her son, Erik Thomas; daughter, Jamie Wilson; Stella, her fur baby; sisters, Rebecca Thomas, Janet Pritchett; granddaughter, “Sweet” Calli Wilson; nieces and nephews, Brandy Schell, Zach Thomas, Dylan Thomas, and Brian Pierce.

Ann was a special person. She never met a stranger and was a best friend to anyone who knew her. She loved Erik and Jamie more than anything, but loved Stella and Sweet Calli the most. Everyone was always welcome around the table to tell stories and have sweet tea. Just be sure not to drink the last of it. She had a warmth about her that just radiated. You knew when talking to her that she wasn’t going to sugarcoat anything; she was going to tell it like it is. If you were going through a rough time, she made sure to make you smile and laugh. She was mom to every one of Erik and Jamie’s friends. Her granddaughter was the apple of her eye, and she was Gammy’s sidekick. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

To honor her wishes, her body will be cremated, and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.

The Brannon family and staff are honored to serve the family of Anna (Ann) Thomas.
