Kimberly Rena Oesterle

Kimberly Oesterle, 58, also known as “Ya Ya”, of Calhoun, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, December 31, 2025. She was born in Calhoun, Georgia, on January 14, 1967, to Carolyn Knight Childs and the late Jerry Childs.

She is survived by her husband, Kevin Kolaski; children, Devin (Alexa) Oesterle, Lauren (Alfred) Trapp; brother, Bryan (Jennifer) Childs; grandchildren, Baylon Oesterle, Crew Oesterle, Keller Oesterle, Sloane Trapp, and Stetson Trapp; nephew, Easton Childs; nieces, Alyssa Childs and Brooke Childs.

The family will receive friends on Friday, January 2, 2026, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church with Rev. Tommy Phillips, Rev. Matt Casey, and Rev. Bryan Childs officiating. Burial will follow in Haven of Rest Memorial Park. Pallbearers serving are Easton Childs, Chastain Moss, Blade Parker, Jared Noland, Shane Moss, Chazz Moss.

The Brannon family and staff are honored to serve the family of Kimberly Oesterle.
