Mrs. Lindsey Brook Cornette, age 42 of Resaca, Georgia departed this life Monday, December 29, 2025 at The Hospice Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She was born January 25, 1983 in Dalton, Georgia.
She is survived by her husband, Gary Cornette; son Waylon Cornette of the residence; father, Dennis Patterson; mother, Dawn Patterson of Resaca, GA; brothers and sisters-in-law, Cameron and Jennifer Patterson of Ringgold, GA, Jody Patterson of Chatsworth, GA, Chad and Penny Mullinax of Adairsville, GA; aunts and uncles, Lasonja and Richard Holcomb of Resaca, GA, Donna and William Reed, Kathy Geraldine Roe, Bill and Wanda Patterson all of Chatsworth, GA; cousins, Paxton Holcomb, Zoe Holcomb; several other family and friends.
Service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Lindsey Brook Cornette will be held Wednesday December 31, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. from the Ponders Melrose Chapel with Pastor Bret Yeager officiating. Interment will follow in the Ponders Whitfield Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
