Vickie Godfrey Graham, age 76 of Sugar Valley, GA, passed away on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at her residence.
Vickie was born on November 26, 1948 in Gordon County, GA, daughter of the late Ray Godfrey and Dorothy Ruth Bell Godfrey. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, George Michael Graham. Vickie worked as a customer service representative for Wal-Mart. She loved her family dearly and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
Vickie is survived by: two daughters, Amy Stanley and her husband Shane and Emily Hicks and her husband Kris; two sisters, Brenda Godfrey and Theresa Mitchell; six grandchildren, Ty Dutton and his wife Madison, Tanner Dutton and his wife Dean, Makenna Hicks, Marlee Hicks, Maylin Hicks, and Maddux Hicks; four great-grandchildren, Paris Dutton, Lane Dutton, Lainee Dutton, and Kapin Dutton.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 17, 2025 from 12 PM until 2 PM at Thomas Funeral Home.
A celebration of the life of Vickie will be held on Thursday, July 17, 2025 at 2 PM from the Chapel of Thomas Funeral Home with Johnny Parker officiating. Jonathan Taylor will have charge of music.
