CCS Lockdown Lifted After Unauthorized Individual Identified
A brief lockdown at Calhoun Middle School and Calhoun High School was lifted Thursday after local law enforcement identified and apprehended an unauthorized individual on campus. School officials said a former student was reported by a teacher and the lockdown was initiated as a precaution. Police later located and apprehended the individual at their residence. No injuries were reported, and normal operations resumed. School leaders thanked local law enforcement for their swift response.
