Troopers responded just after 8 a.m. on January 3 to Highway 136 near Freeman Road in the Resaca area, where a 2017 Harley-Davidson left the roadway. Investigators say the driver, 60-year-old Russell Victor of LaFayette, was traveling too fast for conditions. Both the driver and a passenger were taken to Hamilton Medical Center before being transferred to Erlanger Medical Center and Erlanger Children’s Hospital. Their conditions remain unknown, and the investigation is ongoing.
