Highway 411 Crash Claims One Life
A Sunday afternoon crash on Hwy. 411 in Gordon County resulted in the death of 56-year-old Scotty Cantrell of Fairmount. According to the Georgia State Patrol, Cantrell’s motorcycle crossed the centerline and struck a tractor-trailer head-on before catching fire. The roadway was closed for about two hours as authorities investigated.
