Today at 3 p.m., the Gordon County Board of Commissioners has a public meeting for the budget for our new fiscal year. That meeting is followed by the regular meeting – work session at 5 p.m., meeting at 6 p.m. – with a broadband expansion update, three public hearings for zoning changes, and a vote on building [or finishing] the Ranger Community Playground. Tonight from 6p.m. until 9p.m., Gordon County Emergency Management hosts Praise and Preparedness at The Depot. This is a cooperative approach to disasters between EMA and churches.
