At last night’s meeting of the Gordon County Board of Commissioners, Fire & Rescue Chief Heath Derryberry presented the new fire engine for the department. This engine, which cost about $600,000, was bought with 2018 SPLOST funds and will be stationed at Station 1 on Public Safety Drive.
