Happening today, the City of Calhoun Council work session is at noon. Tonight, the regular meeting will begin at 7 p.m. – it’s the first reading of the budget, a recommendation to make Colbert (Calvary) Cemetery a historic location, and several zoning hearings. A 4.1 earthquake in Tennessee on Saturday was felt all the way to Metro Atlanta, including Gordon County, but no significant damage or injuries were reported. Good news.
