Gordon County Fire & Rescue responded to a structure fire in the 500 block of Linda Lane on Wednesday, where a home was completely destroyed.
Fire crews arrived to find the residence fully involved. GCFR firefighters were able to safely extinguish the blaze and prevent it from spreading to nearby structures. No injuries were immediately reported.
The home is considered a total loss. Officials have not yet released information on what caused the fire, and the incident remains under investigation.
