The crash occurred earlier Thursday morning and continues to impact traffic as emergency crews remain on the scene. The Georgia State Patrol is investigating the incident.
Motorists are urged to avoid the area and seek alternate routes, as heavy traffic delays are expected while crews work to clear the wreckage and repair the downed power lines.
