Families are invited to enjoy an afternoon of Halloween fun when Samantha Rush & Associates Realty and friends host their Annual Trunk or Treat in Calhoun.
The free community event will be held Saturday, Oct. 17, from 2 to 3:30 p.m. at 208 N. River Street in Calhoun, with parking available at the VFW.
Children and families can come dressed in their favorite costumes and make their way through decorated vehicles to collect treats. The event offers a family-friendly way for the community to celebrate the Halloween season together.
Organizers will also use the event to help local families in need. Attendees are encouraged to bring canned goods and other nonperishable food items, which will be collected and donated to those in the community who need assistance.
Donations are not required to attend, and the Trunk or Treat is free and open to the community.
