24 Gordon County Students Earn GNTC Academic Honors for Summer 2026

Two dozen Gordon County students have earned academic honors at Georgia Northwestern Technical College for the 2026 summer semester.

GNTC recently announced its President’s and Dean’s Lists, recognizing students who achieved high grade point averages while carrying a course load of at least 12 credit hours.

Seventeen Gordon County students were named to the President’s List: Tais Aguirre, Alisha Bingham, Stormy Breeding, Michael Chamlee, Jason Escobar, George Freeman, Joziah Freeman, Mathew Freeman, William Freeman, Lyndsay Kilgore, Erin Lagunas, Gustavo Martinez, Ronaldo Ramirez, Hannah-Marie Trippe, Trevor Vellekamp, Hayden West and Anna Whitener.

To qualify for the President’s List, students must maintain a GPA of 3.8 or higher during the semester while completing at least 12 credit hours.

Seven Gordon County students were named to the Dean’s List: Christopher Cooper, Zachary Delp, Savannah Duvall, Brandon Fuquea, Ashli Mills, Diana Ochoa and Madalene Silvers.

Students named to the Dean’s List must maintain a GPA between 3.5 and 3.79 during the semester while completing at least 12 credit hours.

Altogether, 24 Gordon County students were recognized by Georgia Northwestern Technical College for their academic achievement during the summer semester.
