Gordon County Schools Launches New Aspiring Leaders Cohort

Gordon County Schools is celebrating the newest class of educators selected for its Aspiring Leaders Program, a year-long initiative designed to strengthen leadership skills and prepare participants for future roles across the district.

The program provides hands-on learning experiences to help educators grow their leadership capacity, equipping them to take on positions such as department chairs, curriculum leaders, learning facilitators, assistant principals, and district administrators.

This year’s participants include:

Swain Elementary), Shelby Santos (Fairmount Elementary), and Megan Wiley (Tolbert Elementary).
