Georgia Northwestern Technical College is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Welding and Joining Technology Program Adjunct Instructor at Dade County High School.
This part-time position involves providing welding instruction to high school dual enrollment students. The position requires an on-campus presence from 8:00 a.m. to 11:10 a.m. Benefits are not available with this position.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Certificate, diploma, or degree in Welding and Joining Technology or a related field, industry experience, or specialized/related training demonstrating competencies and achievements.
• Three years of paid, in-field work experience within the past seven years.
• Work experience must include the competencies, skills, and knowledge levels taught in a welding instructional program.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Associate degree or additional college coursework with an emphasis on competencies and achievements related to Welding Technology or related welding training programs.
