Samuel “Sam” Kenneth Duke, 75, of Adairsville, Georgia, passed away on Monday, September 29, 2025.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 2, 2025, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Heritage Baptist Church.

A memorial service will follow on Thursday at 7:00 PM from Heritage Baptist Church.

Flowers are to be omitted, and donations may be made to the Heritage Baptist Church Mission Fund.
